Dr. Eno Louden received her doctoral degree in Psychology and Social Behavior from the University of California, Irvine in 2009 and a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She is currently an Associate Professor in the Psychology department at the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP).

She received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Georgia Southwestern State University and her Master of Arts in Psychology from University of West Georgia. Her research interests include stigma and its impact throughout the justice system, reintegration, and special populations within the justice system.

Betel Hernandez is a doctoral student in Legal Psychology. She received her undergraduate degree in psychology from Rice University in Houston, Texas. Her research interests include the perception and treatment of mental health within the justice system, how these factors are influenced by different cultural values, and how they may influence recidivism and reintegration.

Chelsea Queen is a doctoral candidate in Legal Psychology at The University of Texas at El Paso. She received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Oregon, and her Master of Arts in Experimental Psychology from UTEP. Her research interests include pretrial release policies, judicial decision-making in pretrial release, and risk assessment tools utilized in correctional settings.
Tia Tourville

Tia Tourville is a doctoral student in Legal Psychology. She received her undergraduate degrees in Psychology and in Physiology at the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities and her masters degree in Clinical Psychology, with an emphasis in Psych and Law, from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. Her current research interests include incompetence to stand trial, the impact of pretrial detention on mental health, and mental health stigma and bias in the justice system.

Elena Vaudreuil is a doctoral student in Legal Psychology. She received her undergraduate degree in psychology and University of Wisconsin-Madison, and her clinical counseling masters degree at Rosalind Franklin University in Chicago, IL. Her research interests include the impact of personality pathologies and mental illnesses in offenders, risk assessment and prediction of recidivism.
